Health and Wellness at Wake Forest University:
In a high-stress environment, it is sometimes hard to remember the importance of health and wellness. I would like to research all of the resources on campus that contribute to different aspects of self-care through articles ranging from: mental health, sleep, stress, healthy living/eating, body positivity, etc.
Potential sources that I plan to use throughout the semester include: people from the thrive office, student health, the counseling center, and interviewing various students to hear about a range of student life in relation to my articles.
